Overview

Studio Two's waterfront rental is located on the ground level. Each unit comes with a boat slip and parking for your trailer. We can handle boats up to 25’. There is a boat ramp just 2 blocks away. We provide outside table and chairs, and just around the corner, the barbecue grill. Our accommodations include king bed, living and dining area, futon, polished terrazzo floors, waterfront patio, literally 6 feet from the water, full size and equipped kitchens, A/C and cable TV, DVD and Wi-Fi. Each villa has been remodeled with granite counter tops, modern kitchen appliances and all new bathrooms. All units have unobstructed views of Florida Bay. Guests have access to docks, grill/bar area, lounge deck, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, laundry room, bait freezer, commercial ice machine for your cooler. Owners can be reached by telephone. 8AM-9PM PST This villa is located in a small fishing community that reflects the authentic Florida Keys. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but only 10 minutes away from many activities. Kayaking, Stand-up Paddle boarding, snorkeling, and many other activities are just minutes away.
